Every item in our shop is made especially for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs for every family milestone.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before shipping.
  • During holidays or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Multiple Packages

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages. Our production partners print and ship products from different facilities to get your order to you as efficiently as possible.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet gone into production, we'll gladly update it. Once production begins or the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or replacements.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date if it never arrives).

We'll work with our production partner to investigate and make things right whenever possible.
