Return & Refund Policy

At Little Kin Collective, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because our products are custom printed on demand, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or design, or if you simply change your mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, color, or design sent)

If your order arrives with any of the above issues, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To help us resolve your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem, including the product and packaging if applicable

Once we review your claim, we will gladly provide a replacement or issue a refund when appropriate.

Incorrect Size or Color Ordered

Please carefully review our sizing charts and product options before placing your order.

Since every item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges if the wrong size, color, or product variant was selected during checkout.

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for packages delayed by the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, reach out to us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost Packages

If your package is confirmed lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with our production partner to investigate and determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase.

After production begins, orders cannot be canceled because they are already being custom made.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times vary depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
